In case some of you missed it, March 8 was Women's International Day. As much as we would like to believe that things have completely changed and that women nowadays are treated "fairly". Some if not most, still feel the discrimination and disrespect first hand. Judged simply because you do not fit their idea of how a woman should be. Judged because you are strong, intelligent and confident.

 I found this great video online and thought it was a great tool to remind women all over the world of who they are and believe in their worth.
